Why Sac Kristy? -How Brooke Managed to Escape!

After the last results show (ie. Top 7 results), it should be clear to all now, and not just those of us with perceptive skills, that American Idol results are rigged! Oh yes, there can be no doubt about it. Kristy was not the lowest in the vote tally; Brooke most definitely was. So why did the producers sacrifice Kristy to keep Brooke? My theory follows. You are welcomed to post your own, but I think mine is right.

You regular readers of this site will know that I have been exposing the American Idol scam for what it is, for over a year now. This season alone they dumped David Hernandez and Chickeze prematurely. The most blatant underhanded act thus far though, is no doubt the elimination of Kristy instead of Brooke.

How could they think we would not notice? After all, everyone knew Brooke did the worst. The various polls out there had Brooke going home. DialIdol predicted Kristy as safe, and had Brooke as the most likely to go! Could DialIdol be that wrong? I don't think so! On top of all that, my insider source revealed that Brooke indeed was the least popular, and Kristy was not even in the bottom 3!

So why are the producers screwing around so wildly? Two reasons. One, they need to desperately avoid being predictable. If everyone can easily predict who is going home, then the show will quickly lose ratings as people become bored with it. Since everyone knew Brooke was to go, they just could not bring themselves to letting her go. That's the producers' way of spitting in your face. The other reason they seem to be behaving so unscrupulously, is so they can kill votefortheworst. If they're going to mess with the results, why not get rid of the votefortheworst pick? That's exactly what they did. So for the less discerning mind, votefortheworst looks really ineffective.

Well folks, keep alert. Don't be duped. Best thing to do to teach the producers a lesson, is just stop voting.

Ramiele Malubay -How Did She Make Top 9?

Many are wondering how come Ramiele was not sent packing last week (Top 10). Surely she was the weakest performing contestant of the round. Yet not only was she through to the next week, but she didn't even appear in the bottom 3? What gives?

Some theorize that because of her cuteness, sexiness, nice breasts etc. she has a strong enough fan base to make it possible to survive even after clearly deserving the elimination card. Could it be that her racy pics have worked in her favor? Or maybe it is that being of Asian descent has helped her garner the support of that racial group, making a very strong fan base. Or is it that people have seen some potential in her, and are keeping her in hoping to see her shine? Well the truth is, she has shown potential in some of the earlier rounds. She can definitely sing. However, let's not forget David Hernandez. He clearly has awesome potential, but with one bad week, he was dumped. So in all likelihood it must be more than this.

Folks, it is time to wise up! Undoubtedly Ramiele did get the lowest votes. A certain source revealed this, but even without special revelation, surely we all knew this intuitively. Just check the polls around to verify this. They were pretty much in agreement.

As I explained in the results show recap, instead of the one with the lowest overall votes being eliminated, it appears that the male with the lowest votes was chosen to leave. So why would the producers pull this stunt, you ask? Well first of all, don't think this is the first they have done it. As my theories and recaps here would attest, I have been saying this from last year during Season 6.

So why sacrifice Chickeze instead of letting go of the real bottom vote-getter? It is basically part of the strategy of the producers to have an entertaining show and to see that Syesha grows in popularity.

As it pertains to having an entertaining show, the producers know that key to that is keeping it unpredictable. When the various polls around unanimously say that Ramiele was the lowest, then it robs the show of the surprise element if they allowed her to go.

Regarding the building of Syesha's popularity, keep in mind that Syesha and Chickeze were the only remaining black contestants. This means there was some division of support from the black community. With Chickeze gone, Syesha now stands a chance of getting more support from this community. Also, know that Syesha most certainly was not in the bottom 3, much less the bottom 2! But by placing her in this group, the public is led to believe she is in danger, and so will probably vote harder for her.

But why help to promote Syesha? The simple fact is, Syesha has been improving since she hit the top 12, and she shows great potential. The further a contestant goes, the greater the marketability he/she has, generally speaking. However, Syesha was downplayed by the judges in earlier rounds, and so she didn't readily gain the love of the public. Now that she is highlighting her talent, the producers want to boost her chances of going further.

Why didn't Ramiele even appear in the bottom 3 even though she got the lowest votes? Most probably, the producers are trying to maintain the surprise value. Since people think she has such a strong fan base, they might become laxed in voting for her, and try to save other contestants instead. But the truth is, her fan base has already reached the limit. So if Ramiele were to get bumped off in the next round, it creates a shock sensation which of course is good for tv. This probably means that Ramiele will get the boot this week, unless she does extraordinary well. She and Kristy will be competing for the elimination spot.

Were Sanjaya And Phil Axed By The Producers?

In the top 7 week, did Sanjaya really get the lowest number of votes? And was Phil really in the bottom two the week he got eliminated?

I do not think so. Various indicators give a different result.

I have a running thread on the Bottom 2 or 3 that they show. (see Bottom 2/3 theory page)
There I offered some comments on what really happened the week Sanjaya got eliminated. But with the demise of Phil, things are becoming a little clearer. The producers went too far this time.

Let's get this straight. Sanjaya did not have the lowest number of votes when he got eliminated. And in the double elimination week, Phil was in the top 2, not bottom 2 when he got eliminated.

So what's really going on? The real ranking for Phil was second, with Blake above him. In that round, Lakisha and Chris were the true bottom 2. I'm of course going on the trusty source I've mentioned all along who has been providing the real results. Also, the dialidol scores indicated Chris and Lakisha were in the bottom 2, with Phil ranking number 3. In the Sanjaya week, there were other sources apart from my trusty one, which indicated that Lakisha was really the lowest vote getter.

With the elimination of Phil, I can now see what they are doing, though I'm still unclear as to what they are ultimately up to. In my bottom 2/3 theory page, I explained how the bottom 3 or 2 that they show are a mix of the lowest guys and the lowest girls. So the 3 that they show are not necessarily the 3 lowest. However, up until the round with Lovely Haley, they were eliminating the true lowest. That seemed to have stopped with Sanjaya.

The ones who have been eliminated since the Lovely Haley, are the lowest of the guys, not the lowest overall. So Sanjaya was the lowest ranked guy, but still higher than Lakisha. Phil and Chris were the lowest guys when they got eliminated. But Phil was not in the bottom 3 muchless the bottom 2.

It seems that at a certain point the producers decided to take their little game a step further, and not just mess with the results by mixing the lowest guys with the lowest girls in the bottom 3, but by actually eliminating the lowest guy even when he wasn't the lowest overall!

Why are the boys messing with the show like this? In the case of Sanjaya, is it that they wanted Sanjaya off, or that they wanted Lakisha to stay? In the case of Phil, is it that they wanted Phil off, or they wanted Lakisha to stay? Are there other factors to consider? Maybe they just want to demoralise VoteForTheWorst?

Let's explore this a little. If they had let Lakisha go instead of Sanjaya, then it means there would have been 4 boys left and 2 girls. Also, it would mean Sanjaya would get to stay on an extra week since no one was taken out in charity week. Perhaps the producers thought it too much of a risk to have Sanjaya stick around so much longer. He would have been a real threat to make it into the top 4. Or maybe his presence on the show up until the top 7 was already making the show too much about him, making the show a joke. Remember that week Simon's comments to Sanjaya was something to the effect that the joke had gone on too long? Another factor not to be ignored is that the anti-American Idol site, VoteForTheWorst was getting a great deal of publicity. The founder of the site was even on the David Letterman show the night before Sanjaya got eliminated.

But why eliminate Phil? What did he ever do wrong? Well it is simple. Phil could have been a threat to Blake. It is obvious the producers want Blake to go far, probably even into the finale (though that is just stupid). Not only could they end up having another Taylor Hicks on their hands, with Phil surpassing Blake, but it would give more publicity to the VoteForTheWorst crowd, as Phil was their new pick.

Well I'll just list out possible factors to explain this outrageous behaviour of the producers:

1. They probably are trying to arrange a finale with Blake
2. They shudder at the thought of having to promote Phil or Sanjaya
3. They really wanted to discredit VoteForTheWorst
4. They have been trying to protect Lakisha for whatever reason
5. They want to thwart dialidol's predictions as well as those those who have been leaking insider info regarding the voting results. In other words, they want to keep their show as unpredictable as possible

Can you think of anymore? What do you think?
